1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of certain products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please make sure to carefully review product descriptions and details before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nouraveau.store within 5 days of receiving your order. We may request proof of damage (such as photos) and will provide instructions for any applicable replacement or refund for damaged goods.
